Undergraduate Scholarships

Scholarships are awarded to undergraduate students based upon the relative academic promise of the applicant. Students are required to complete a scholarship application to be considered for a university scholarship.

Preferential consideration will be given to those students who submit a completed application within the annual deadlines.

For fall 2009 enrolment, the application deadline is March 1st. For spring 2010 the deadline is November 1st. Applicants will be notified of their scholarship award shortly after they receive their offer of admission to the University. The scholarship will be guaranteed for every year through graduation presuming satisfactory progress is maintained, in accordance with scholarship policy.

Over half of all enrolled students are typically eligible for one of these scholarship levels.

Such students have an impressive record of academic performance and represent exceptional scholarship. Students are required to maintain a 3.4/4.0 GPA while at Richmond to keep the award.
